The ideal candidate will have a background in software development, particularly in AI and machine learning environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement robust software solutions for our AI-driven engagement platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI architects, to integrate complex software components into the platform.
Lead the development of new features and enhancements, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in software engineering, AI, and machine learning.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of best practices within the team.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain a high standard of code quality.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
Experience in software development.
Some proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in developing and deploying AI products in a production environment.
Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
Experience with distributed systems and optimizing performance vs. costs.
