Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing sophisticated software solutions that support our cutting-edge AI-driven platform. The ideal candidate will have a background in software development, particularly in AI and machine learning environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement robust software solutions for our AI-driven engagement platform.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI architects, to integrate complex software components into the platform.

• Lead the development of new features and enhancements, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in software engineering, AI, and machine learning.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of best practices within the team.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain a high standard of code quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.

• Experience in software development.

• Some proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

• Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).

• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
